Series Premise:

Suspense is an American television anthology series that ran on CBS Television from 1949 to 1954. It was adapted from the radio program of the same name which ran from 1942 to 1962. Like many early television programs, the show was broadcast live from New York City. It was sponsored by the Auto-Lite corporation, and each episode was introduced by host Rex Marshall, who promoted Auto-Lite spark plugs, car batteries, headlights, and other car parts.

This is another RARE Christmas movie. This is part of a trilogy that is impossible to find. This is the 3rd film of the trilogy. Please see my other videos for the 1st and 2nd.

Peter Falk is featured in the trilogy of Christmas TV movies in which he plays Max, the underestimated angel that works to bring people together for the holiday.

All three movies are uplifting Christmas stories that include the angel Max who usually takes on several guises to provide the main characters the support and encouragement they need to do the right thing. There's usually a touch of magic and the feeling of fate's hand guiding people in the right direction. Falk's Max is eccentric, all-knowing and persistent--not unlike Columbo. It's a real treat to see his familiar face and his way of doing what he does best--in these feel-good holiday stories.

This, the third TV movie, is 2004's When Angels Come to Town which stars Katey Sagal. This story centers on two people in a small town who both need help this Christmas. The angel Max attempts to help each of them but another angel, Jo, played by Sagal, believes that Max's efforts are mistaken.

Being an angel isn't easy... especially when Your name is Clarence Odbody
[Robert Carradine, Revenge Of The Nerds]. The delightfully dizzy guardian
angel who saved Jimmy Stewart in "It's a Wonderful Life" is back. And this
time he's got the modern world to contend with.

Clarence is a 1990 American-Canadian-New Zealand film directed by Eric Till.It is a
spin-off from the 1946 film It's a Wonderful Life following the character of
Clarence Odbody from that film.
The film is set in December 1989. The only continuing character from the original
film was the guardian angel, Clarence, played by Robert Carradine.
The plot is very similar to the original, with Kate Trotter playing the human who
needs assistance. The film was made for TV and did not have a theatrical release.
It was first broadcast on The Family Channel on November 24, 1990, and released on VHS
later that same year.

My family rented this film when I was Younger, and I managed to get a hold
of a
copy recently. As this was never released on DVD I decided to post it here to keep the
film alive. This is a Capture from an Original VHS.

Jason Robards portrays John Tanner, a recent widower who doesn't know what to do with the changes imposed upon his life. He spends Thanksgiving alone in a diner, and when his annual family Christmas trip is jeopardized, he attempts to rescue holiday traditions and usage his loneliness by responding to an ad for social introductions and enlists the services of a woman to be his “Christmas wife.” Played by Julie Harris, Iris is a sad and mysterious woman, who agrees to be his platonic companion. She bids him to not ask about her personal life which harbors a secret that threatens their developing friendship and could ultimately change both their lives. Will there be more for them?

Brothers Johnny (Ernie Reyes Jr.) and Adam (Nicolas Cowan) are coasting through a fun surfer existence in Los Angeles when they are suddenly accosted by a band of ninjas.
